WELCOME

Meet Kayt.

Referred to by business leaders as ‘the missing link’, Kayt 'Gears' McGeary is a dynamic and multi-talented Training Development Professional and System Optimisation Specialist. Leveraging a distinguished entrepreneurial background, she spent over a decade driving workplace and career development programs as well as delivering core business and employability skills training across the country.

That is until she quit her full-time profession to become a bag lady – AGAIN!!

From homeless teen to business queen, there’s more to Kayt than initially seen. You’re sure to find her experience truly inspiring and motivating. It’s mind-blowing to think she was unwanted and destitute as a young girl literally living out of a bag! She is now on a personal mission to create long-overdue social change by making a positive impact for the most vulnerable children and young people in the country – children living in, leaving or who have been impacted by out-of-home-care (OoHC) in Australia.
